  1. The week after June Jones “resigned” as the SMU head football coach, former Boise State/Arkansas/Ole Miss football coach said he was very interested in the Ponies coaching job. Then, earlier this week, Houston Mutt also expressed interest in the University of Tulsa head coaching position.
